Nissan shareholders sack former chief Ghosn: reports
Nissan Motor Co shareholders voted on Monday to eject former chairman Carlos Ghosn out from the board, according to reports.
Earlier this month, Japanese prosecutors arrested Carlos Ghosn again on suspicion of trying to enrich himself at the automaker's expense. In a stunning twist, media reports linked to payments to anOmani dealer.
Nissan sacked Ghosn as chairman almost immediately after his initial arrest but an extraordinary meeting of shareholders was required to remove him from the board, AFP reported.
