Death toll rises to 31 in SW China forest fire

The death toll has risen to 31 from the devastating forest fire in Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Sichuan Province, as one more victim was found dead on Thursday, according to Beijing News.
