Ghana FA forms 10-member committee to supervise special competition

ACCRA, March 29 (Xinhua) -- The Ghana FA's Normalization committee (NC) on Friday announced The setting up of a 10-member management committee to supervise its special competition which kick-starts this weekend for both The elite and second-tier clubs.
The committee, chaired by NC member, Samuel Osei Kuffour is tasked with general coordination of The competition including coordinating with relevant stakeholders with regard to The competition format and draws, The GFA said in a release.
The competition, set to be an official resumption of The males' domestic football activities in The country, is to test some of The solutions brought to The fore by stakeholders in The quest to normalize Ghana football.
The President of The NC, Kofi Amoah entreated all respective stakeholders to give The management committee Their support and togeTher help ensure The success of The competition and The general upliftment of football in Ghana.
The winner of The special competition's first-tier will represent Ghana in The next CAF Champions League, while The victorious team in The knockout stage will be The West African country's representative at The Confederation Cup.
