ICC China: Man United to face Tottenham, Inter take on Juventus

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspurtwo English rivals currently battling for the final two spots in the Premier League's top fourwill face off against each other in Shanghai this summer as part of the pre-season International Champions Cup (ICC), organizers announced.

This will be the first time these two giants have faced each other in ICC, and United will take on Inter Milan at the National Stadium Singapore on July 20, before traveling to Shanghai to face Spurs at the Hongkou Stadium on July 25.

The final match of United's preseason tour is scheduled against AC Milan at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on August 3. These matches will be in addition to the two previously announced matches against Perth Glory and Leeds United on July 13 and July 17 respectively.

At least four other Premier League clubs will visit China for their pre-season preparations with Manchester City, Newcastle United, West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers taking part in the Premier League Asia Trophy in Nanjing and Shanghai.

Old Lady Debut

Meanwhile, Serie A champions Juventus will take their first trip to China as the 'Old Lady' are expected to face bitter rivals Inter in a yet to be announced Chinese venue on July 24.

The final three matches will be staged in Europe with AC Milan playing Manchester United on August 3 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Tottenham Hotspur hosting Inter Milan on August 4 and Atletico Madrid meeting Juventus in Stockholm on August 10.

Bayern Munich and Arsenal meet on July 17 at Carson, California, with the English side moving on to Charlotte, North Carolina, three days later to face AS Roma and Bayern Munich meeting Real Madrid on July 20 at Houston. Benfica and Chivas play the same night in Santa Clara, California.

U.S. action continues July 23 when Real Madrid meets Arsenal in Washington, Bayern Munich, and AC Milan play in Kansas City and Chivas takes on Atletico Madrid in Arlington, Texas.

Benfica plays two final US matches, against AS Roma in Harrison, New Jersey on July 24 and AC Milan on July 28 at Foxborough, Massachusetts.
