Gold price opens higher in Hong Kong

Hong Kong, March 27 (Xinhua) -- The gold price in Hong Kong went up 8 Hong Kong dollars to open at 12,340 dollars (about 1,571.97 U.S. dollars) per tael on Wednesday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society. (1 U.S. dollar equals to 7.85 HK dollars)
