Explosion rocks outside sports stadium in southern Afghanistan

LASHKAR GAH, AFGHANISTAN, March 23 (Xinhua) -- Casualties were feared after an explosion rocked Lashkar Gah, capital of AFGHANISTAN's southern province of Helmand during the New Year celebrations on Saturday, a local official said.
