Casualties are feared after an explosion rocked Lashkar Gah, capital of AFGHANISTAN's southern province of Helmand during the Farmer's Day celebration on Saturday, Reuters reported, citing security officials.

Local media said the blast went off in Lashkargah stadium in Helmand.
