SOFIA, march 22 (Xinhua) -- As Britain is struggling to exit from the European Union (EU), Bulgarians shared various opinions about who would win and lose from this venture, a survey showed on Friday.

"Responding to the questions of who would win and who would lose from Brexit, the only certainty is that our society has no definite answer," AFIS polling agency said in a statement.

According to a nationwide survey conducted by AFIS from march 15 to march 20, over 43 percent of respondents said no one would win, and 20.4 percent had no opinion on this question.

Meanwhile, 20.4 percent thought Britain would mostly benefit from Brexit, and only 5.6 percent held the opinion that the EU would benefit from Brexit. Another 7.9 percent believed that both the EU and the UK would win.

The reciprocal question, who would be the loser, also showed a logical trend, the survey said. One out of four Bulgarians believed that both the EU and Britain would lose from the incoming divorce. And 23.4 percent surveyed said it would be Britain which would lose from Brexit, and 13.8 percent chose the EU.

In addition, 23 percent thought that none of the parties would suffer losses and 15.6 percent had no opinion, the survey showed.
