May says "great personal regret" that U.K. won't leave EU on time

U.K. Prime Minster Theresa May addresses her country saying she's asked to postpone BREXIT to June 30, 2019. Urges U.K. MPs to back the deal she hashed out with the EU.

"Some have suggested holding a second referendum. I don't believe that's what you want and I don't believe that's what I want," she said in a speech to the United Kingdom.
