Hong Kong, March 20 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed down 145.31 points, or 0.49 percent, to 29,320.97 points on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 29,251.25 and 29,435.81. Turnover totaled 103.17 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 13.14 billion U.S. dollars).
