1 killed, many feared trapped in building collapse in India

NEW DELHI, March 19 (Xinhua) -- One person was killed and many others were feared trapped under debris after an under-construction BUILDING collapsed Tuesday in southwestern Indian state of Karnataka, local government officials said.
