Morocco denies interference in Algeria's situation
RABAT, March 16 (Xinhua) -- Morocco has decided to maintain an attitude of non-interference in recent developments in Algeria, Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita said in a statement on Saturday.
Bourita said that Morocco refrained from commenting on developments in Algeria, expressing astonishment at reports published by some media in France and Algeria about Morocco's diplomacy.
He stressed that his country has not given any statement to media on the situation in Algeria.
Morocco also rejected the false allegation of its coordination with other countries, notably France, on the events in Algeria, Bourita said, adding that no contact has been established with France or any other country in Europe or elsewhere on this subject.
