U.S. to impose visa restriction on persons responsible for ICC probe of U.S. personnel

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced on Friday that his country will impose visa restrictions on the individuals "directly responsible" for any International Criminal Court investigation of U.S. personnel.
