Hong Kong, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed up 160.87 points, or 0.56 percent, to 29,012.26 points on Friday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 28,828.26 and 29,204.73. Turnover totaled 121.46 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 15.47 billion U.S. dollars).
