Algerian president appoints new PM in key cabinet reshuffle

ALGIERS, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on Monday conducted key cabinet reshuffles by appointing Noureddine Bedoui as new Prime minister and Ramtane Lamamra as deputy Prime minister.
