15 killed in clashes in N. Afghan province: official

KUNDUZ, AFGHANISTAN, March 7 (Xinhua) -- At least seven security forces and eight militants were killed following fresh clashes in AFGHANISTAN's northern province of Kunduz overnight, a local official said Thursday.
